Role Description This is a full time, on-site RCM (Resident Construction Manager, as defined by the organization) role based in Damanjodi. The role involves leading a team of 100+ skilled and unskilled workers in piping contract at damanjodi, tracking costs and budgets, and ensuring accurate records for billing and reporting including recovery of billing as against the project client meeting. The RCM professional will coordinate with project coordinator, engineers, and site teams to structure and organise work completion, verify quantities, and support timely invoicing and collections.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, preparing reports and summaries, maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of processes. The individual will also assist in risk identification,



follow up on pending approvals, and contribute to maintaining strong client and vendor relat ionships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in project coordination and experience in piping project from commencement to Hydro testing and commissioning, including maintaining protocols, preparing reports, and organizing contract files, billing and client facing.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial tracking and cost monitoring, such as basic budgeting, invoice review, and reconciliation of project-related expenses.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and stakeholder management, including clear written and verbal communication, follow-up with clients and internal teams, and professional email and report drafting.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and use of office productivity tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, navisworks and presentation software to create summaries and dashboards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, commerce, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in piping construction, engineering, or oil and gas projects, especially in contract, project, or revenue management, is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Damanjodi, and readiness to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams are expected.
- Knowledge of basic safety and compliance practices in industrial project environments is a plus.
