- Crosssell products like FDs, Credit Cards, Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Provide smooth customer service and resolve queries.
- Maintain proper documentation, KYC compliance, and follow bank processes.
- Support branch targets through daily customer interactions.
