Quantity Surveying:

- Prepare and Manage accurate quantity take -offs and of quantities for projects.

- Conduct site inspections to verify Measurements and quantities.

- prepare, submit, and manage interim and final payment applications.

Billing:

- Prepare detailed billing for all projects construction activities.

- Review and verify contractor's claims.

- Ensure all billing is in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Auto CAD:

- Develop and review detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.

- Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and conform to the project specifications.

- Assist in the preparation of working drawings for site execution.

Project coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation,



including contracts, tenders, and variations.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

- 3+years of experience in quantity surveying, billing, and Auto CAD experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
