We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at David Associates. The candidate will be responsible for construction quantity calculations, material estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost management.

Responsibilities

- Calculate construction material quantities, including cement, sand, aggregates, bricks, blocks, steel, and concrete.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-off sheets.
- Calculate quantities for excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates and material requirement statements.
- Maintain Excel sheets for material consumption and quantity tracking.




- Assist in preparing quotations and rate analysis.
- Verify construction measurements and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers to check quantities and reduce material wastage.
- Prepare daily and weekly material consumption reports.

Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction estimation and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000+ per month, based on skills and experience. Work Location: In person – David Associates
