Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ) and project estimates.
- Managing billing processes, client invoices, and vendor payments.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial records.
- Coordinating with site engineers, vendors, and clients for accurate billing.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
