Role Description The Quantitative Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining high-quality quantitative aptitude and mathematics content for competitive exams and academic programs. Day-to-day tasks include designing question banks, developing detailed solutions and explanations, aligning content with exam patterns and institutional requirements, and ensuring accuracy and clarity in all materials. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, content editors, and educators to improve learning outcomes, participating in periodic content audits, and contributing to recent course structures or test series.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon,



requiring close coordination with the local team and active participation in brainstorming and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude and mathematics, including topics commonly covered in competitive exams and higher-level academic curricula.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop exam-oriented questions, solutions, and practice materials with clear step-by-step explanations.
- Experience in educational content development, curriculum alignment, or test preparation for coaching institutes, edtech platforms, or similar organizations.
- Comfort with basic data analysis and use of spreadsheets or tools to track content performance, question difficulty levels, and student feedback.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with attention to accuracy, logical reasoning, and consistency in format and terminology.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines for multiple content projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Prior experience as a faculty member, trainer, or content expert for competitive exams (e.g., banking, SSC, CAT, government exams) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, online test series, and modern pedagogical approaches in quantitative education is a plus.
