We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train college students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving skills. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and helping students prepare for placement assessments and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver aptitude training sessions to college students.
- Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Prepare students for campus placements and recruitment assessments.
- Develop training materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to improve results.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in aptitude training.
- Robust knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students and deliver effective training sessions.
