Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance &
- Compliance:

Implement project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, inspection and test plans (ITP), method statements, and standard inspection checklists.

- Material Testing &

- Site Inspections:

Conduct routine material testing, laboratory sample verifications, and physical inspections of structural/finishing execution to ensure full compliance with code standards and technical specifications.

- Non-Conformance &

- Documentation:

Maintain detailed quality logs, inspection reports, material test certificates, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken promptly.

- Vendor &

- Contractor Coordination:





Coordinate with contractors and site engineering teams to resolve quality bottlenecks, enforce quality control protocols, and conduct pre-pour/pre-execution joint checks.

Education Requirements

- Bachelors degree in civil engineering.

Experience Requirements &

- Technical Skills

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality testing standards (IS Codes / ASTM), site inspection procedures, laboratory testing protocols, and quality management systems.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation habits, transparent communication, and the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary site teams.
