Job Title: Quality Manager – Food Industry

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Experience: 4–5 Years (including 1–2 years in a managerial role)

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry

Industry: Food Processing / Agro Commodities

Job Responsibilities

- Manage quality control operations and implement quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and export quality requirements.
- Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality.
- Control quality parameters such as moisture, grading, contamination, and physical characteristics.
- Supervise laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and chemists.
- Lead, train, and monitor the QC team.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality documentation, audit records, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production, procurement,



and logistics teams to improve product quality.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.
- 1–2 years of experience managing a QC team.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, food quality standards, and export requirements.
- Solid analytical, leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
