Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect components during production to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering drawings.
- Perform in-process and line inspections for CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machined components.
- Measure component dimensions using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and visual defects as per drawings and inspection standards.
- Record inspection results in inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming components and ensure proper segregation and identification.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues and prevent defects.
- Ensure compliance with inspection procedures,



Control Plans, and customer quality requirements.
- Maintain measuring instruments in positive condition and follow calibration requirements.
- Support rejection analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and dimensional inspection.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and in-process quality control.
- Good observation, communication, and documentation skills.
