? Location: Ahmedabad.

? Position: QC Inspector

? Qualification: ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist or Equivalent)

⏳ Experience: 3-4 Years

? Industry: Machine Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined and fabricated components.

✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection requirements.

✅ Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge,



and other measuring instruments.

✅ Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and company standards.

✅ Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

✅ Identify and report quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.

✅ Ensure compliance with quality procedures and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

✔ Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.

✔ Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection tools.

✔ Knowledge of machining and fabrication inspection processes.

✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

✔ Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI qualified in Mechanical trade.
- 3-4 years of QC inspection experience in the machine manufacturing industry.
- Positive understanding of quality control systems and inspection practices.
- Team player with a proactive and quality-focused approach.
