1. Make Set up Approval reports’ format & reports also (In-house: -Royal, Aluminum, CNC, 4409 & outsource or supplier)
2. Make format of In-Process Inspection report, verify and approval
3. Verify In-process inspection reports fill-up in header, drilling, slot, thread department, signed, scanned and updated in system
4. Arrange for receiving inspection and final inspection of raw materials, bought out items, finished products and out sources process like Hex, radius, slot, groove, drilling etc.
5. Verify Raw material inspection report and signed
6. Verify RMTC received from RM external provider
7. Send samples for third party inspection of chemical composition and mechanical testing of all metals & verify Third-party RMTC received
8. Maintain material identification & Traceability

Communication with customer through mail/call/WhatsApp regarding quality issues, documents, drawings, deviation approval etc.
10. Handling & conduct Audit of ISO consultant, customer, ISO certified body etc.
11. 5S process implementation and monitoring
12. Calibration & testing of gauges, weighing scale, Fire Extinguishers, Lift, Compressor, Measuring equipment’s, profile projector, VMM, harness tester etc. of all our units. Also make sticker for each machine/equipment after calibration.
13. Do marking on thread ring gauge and thread plug gauges for identification
14. Make KAIZEN, POKAYOKE documents
15. Make Gauge R&R; instruments used in RIS

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
