Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, Knowledge of laboratory and analytical method related to food quality, Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive PQA related processes at plant, To follow the current documents & procedures to meet the specification of product,

Monitor and maintain records and ensuring data accuracy and traceability,

Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene procedures,

Supervision of pest control activities and its effectiveness,

Provide training to production staff on Company policies, SOPs, GMP, GHP,GSP, product quality standards and food safety measures.
