Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore/Karur. In this role, the Quality Engineer will design and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and ensure that mobile and web applications meet defined quality standards before release.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with development, design, DevOps, Business Analyst, and Testing teams to identify defects, document issues, and support root-cause analysis.

The Quality

Engineer will help define and improve quality processes, contribute to test documentation,



and participate in reviews to enhance product reliability and user experience. The role also involves monitoring product performance, suggesting preventive measures, and supporting continuous improvement in overall product quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance, with experience in testing software applications and improving quality processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Product Quality, including defect identification, validation of fixes, and ensuring products meet functional and usability expectations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, such as defining quality metrics, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies for web and mobile applications, and familiarity with Agile or similar development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software quality roles.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Coimbatore or Karur on a full-time basis.
