Job highlights

- Experience in quality assurance with knowledge of IAFT 16949:2016 and skills in first piece and in-process inspection
- Ensure 5S & safety, monitor quality as per SOP and drawings, handle customer complaints with CAPA, maintain documentation, control 4M changes, and suggest process optimizations

1 a) To ensure the 5S & Safety in the respective area. b) To assure the Quality during production as per Product Specification mentioned on drawing & SOP through first piece inspection & in-process inspection.

c) To monitor the effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions for high rejection.

d) To implement the control on 4M change.

e) To handle the internal customer complaints & submit the CAPA accordingly.

To implement & maintain the documentation (Training Records, Quality reports) as per requirements of IAFT 16949:2016.

g) To ensure that process related documents like Work Instructions, Calibration plan of IMTE & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are properly displayed and adhered.

h) To give at least one suggestion in a month to optimize the use of consumables, electricity & raw material by doing VE (Value Engineering).

i) To stop production in case of any abnormality / non conformity & inform to H.O.D. (QA)
