Working closely with production, tool room, procurement, and design teams, this role oversees incoming material inspections, in/-process quality gates, final inspection procedures, non/-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis /(RCA/) to drive zero/-defect production and continuous process improvement.

Key Skills/:



Solid expertise in Quality Management Systems and Quality Core Tools /(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC/). Deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and interpretation of complex mechanical engineering drawings. Practical knowledge of Metrology equipment, precision measuring instruments, gauge R&R; analysis, and CMM programming/operation.

Hands/-on experience with Problem Solving Techniques /(8D, 5/-Why, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt tools/).
