We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Check Analyst to join our financial operations team in Powai IIT, Maharashtra. The primary responsibility will be to perform quality checks during the processing of documents, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on documents processed within the financial operations team.
- Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of quality audits performed.
- Adhere to established processes,



policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring errors and process gaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years, maximum 3 years of experience in quality check or document review roles, preferably within financial operations or similar domains.

- Skills:

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to review and analyze documents efficiently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
