The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure the Quality Control of production of Mechanical and Electronics aggregates by preparation of QAP and QTP , FTP, FAT and implementation of QA processes as per MIL standards and compliance documents. He will coordinate for certification of products by defiance agencies like DGAQA, CEMILAC and RCMA with a strong understanding of the unique regulatory, compliance, and quality standards these demands. Role & responsibilities
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in quality management tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
