Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester / Quality Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. The role is focused primarily on automation testing, performance validation, and ensuring the quality of our web and mobile-based HRMS applications using modern testing frameworks and AI-assisted QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Perform automation testing using tools such as Selenium and Playwright
- Build and execute regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end automated test suites
- Conduct performance testing and load testing to evaluate system scalability, stability, and response times
- Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and application behavior under high user loads
- Perform API testing and validate backend integrations and workflows
- Execute selective manual testing for critical flows, smoke testing, and release validation
- Identify, report, track,



and verify bugs through to resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams for faster issue resolution
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and release validation records
- Leverage AI tools for test case generation, automation optimization, defect analysis, and improving QA productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech/BSc)
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software QA with strong focus on automation testing
- Strong experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright
- Good understanding of automation architecture, test design, and script maintenance
- Experience with performance testing and load testing using relevant tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with API testing, browser debugging tools, and cross-browser testing
- Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies and application behavior
- Ability to effectively use and leverage AI-based tools for automation support, test generation, defect analysis, and QA process improvement
- Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
