We are seeking experienced QNXT professionals to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the QNXT platform in either development or testing capacities, with strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, claims processing, benefits management, and system integrations. Candidates should be capable of supporting end-to-end implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.

QNXT Developer – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and maintain QNXT modules including Claims, Advantages, Providers, Membership, and Eligibility.
- Develop and support QNXT enhancements, custom workflows, and business rules.
- Design and implement integrations between QNXT and external systems using EDI, APIs, and healthcare data standards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support claims adjudication processes, payment workflows, and benefit configurations.
- Develop reports, queries, and data extracts for operational and business reporting.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during project implementation.

Required Skills

- 2-7 years of hands-on experience with the QNXT platform.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare Payer domain.
- Experience with:
- Claims Processing & Adjudication
- Benefits & Eligibility Configuration
- Provider and Membership Management
- QNXT Configuration & Customization




- Healthcare Business Processes
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and data validation.
- Experience with EDI transactions such as 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277.
- Understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Exposure to cloud environments and performance optimization.
- Prior experience in QNXT implementation or migration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
