Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & testing

- Incoming material: Verify bars and billets against mill TC, grade, and heat number;

arrange PMI and check-testing at external labs where needed.

- In-process: Stage-wise inspection after forging, heat treatment, and CNC machining—

dimensions, OD, BCD, bolt holes, bore, hub taper, RF finish/serration, WN bevels per

ASME B16.25.

- Final inspection: 100% visual and dimensional check against ASME B16.5/B16.47, MSS

SP-44, EN 1092-1 and the customer drawing; hardness testing; marking verification.

- Heat treatment: Review furnace charts (normalizing, Q&T;, solution annealing) and approve results before release.

- Testing & NDT: Coordinate mechanical, chemical, IGC, impact, and NDT (UT / MPI / DPT)

tests; check NACE MR0175 / MR0103 compliance when ordered.

- Gauges & instruments: Maintain calibration of gauges, hardness testers, PMI guns, and lab equipment, with calibration records.

Documentation, certification & customer inspections





- Prepare and sign MTCs to EN 10204 3.1; support 3.2 certification with TPI.
- Maintain heat traceability from raw-material heat number to finished piece and MTC,

through forging, HT and machining.
- Prepare QAP / ITP for each export order and get customer approval where needed.
- Coordinate and attend TPI / customer inspections (BV, TUV, LRS, DNV, customer

inspectors) and close their observations.
- Handle NCRs and customer complaints: root-cause analysis, corrective action, and

records.
- Keep inspection reports, test certificates and calibration records audit-ready for ISO

9001 / PED / customer audits.
- Share a weekly QC report with the Owner covering rejection %, rework, pending

inspections and complaints. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
