Hiring: Junior QC Inspector – CNC/VMC Machining

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QC Inspector with 3–4 years of experience in CNC/VMC machining components and inspection of finished steel parts as per engineering drawings. The candidate should have knowledge of quality management systems, inspection instruments, quality documentation and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect finished steel and CNC/VMC machined components as per engineering drawings, specifications and tolerances.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Handle inspection and testing activities and maintain instrument calibration schedules.
- Maintain quality documentation and records related to QMS, KPIs and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and PED requirements, as applicable.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation, including balloon drawings, inspection reports and material certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1), as applicable.
- Participate in internal system audits and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).




- Apply quality control tools to identify quality issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality records and update relevant information in the ERP system.
