Role Description This is a full-time, in office QC Executive role based in Bengaluru. The QC Executive will be responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the production and packing process, performing routine inspections, and documenting test results according to company and regulatory standards.

The role involves working closely with production, warehouse, and export teams to ensure that all materials and finished goods meet defined specifications before dispatch. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality checks, assisting in lab-based testing as applicable, supporting calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, and reporting non-conformities with recommended corrective actions. The QC Executive will also help maintain quality records,



participate in internal audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based quality decisions.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to implement inspection plans, verify compliance with standards, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including basic testing procedures, safe handling of materials, and accurate documentation of results where lab work is involved.
- Candidates should possess Calibration-related skills to support routine verification and calibration of instruments and testing equipment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in science, engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain detailed records, and work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Familiarity with export documentation requirements, industry standards, or regulatory guidelines is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
