- Expertise in checking fixture design concept generation.

- Good understanding of raw material spec usage areas.

- Knowledge of testing standards (IS / JIS / JASO / SES Etc.).

- Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of plastic rubber parts .

- Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.

- Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work in lean , multi-tasking environment.

- Ability to handle product development production issues independently.
