- You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving quality-related issues and ensuring that the company's products and services meet the requirements of customers

- Conduct regular quality audits to identify and resolve quality-related issues

- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Manage the documentation process for quality assurance procedures, including the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
