Role & responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect ongoing civil construction activities, including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and waterproofing.
- Ensure work quality as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections at different stages of construction and maintain quality checklists and reports.
- Verify the quality of construction materials and review test reports.
- Identify quality issues, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and concrete test reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the construction process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust knowledge of RCC works, structural quality inspections, construction materials testing, and residential project quality standards.
