We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) / Tester with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance across web applications, software tools, and AI-driven featuresincluding prompt testing. You will combine manual testing thoroughness with robust test automation and performance/load testing to ensure high quality, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & Tool Application Testing (Manual & Functional)

- Application & Feature Testing: Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing on software applications and internal tools.
- Test Case Creation & Management: Design, document, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases from functional requirements.
- Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects to resolution using tools like Jira, working closely with development teams.

2. Automation Frameworks & Load Testing





- Test Automation Scripting: Design, write, and maintain automated scripts for test case execution using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or PyTest.
- Load & Performance Testing: Write and execute performance and load testing scripts (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6) to evaluate system stability and responsiveness under heavy load.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration pipelines to enable quick feedback and regression safety.

3. AI Testing & Prompt Engineering Validation

- AI Prompt & Model Testing: Test system prompts, user inputs, and AI agent workflows for consistency, accuracy, guardrails, and handling of edge cases or unexpected inputs.
- AI-Powered Testing Tools: Utilize AI testing tools and self-healing automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and streamline test maintenance.
