Mandate skills

- Hands-on experience of minimum 4-6 years in QA Role.

- Working knowledge in Insurance domain.

- Expertise in manual testing and should have conceptual knowledge of automation testing.

Other skills

- Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Should have Strong testing aptitude with clear understanding of testing concepts (testing life cycle / test plan / test strategy / defect life cycle).

- Familiarity with common defect tracking tools (ie JIRA, Bugzilla, etc)

- Exposure to Regression, Load and Performance Testing.

- Good knowledge of database and able to write SQL queries.





- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles, across multiple project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Understand requirements user stories, system requirements and create corresponding test scenarios and test cases.

- Performing Software Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, GUI testing. (Mobile Web Applications).

- Communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to the project team and other stakeholders based on test plans.

- Track defects, create and maintain testing reports.
