We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive our Quality Assurance initiatives, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Plan and oversee the complete QA lifecycle, including test planning, test case development, test execution, and reporting.
- Build and maintain test lab setups to replicate various environments.
- Perform Feature, Regression, Interoperability (IOT), Performance, Integration, Sanity, Acceptance, and System Testing.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure alignment with the SDLC and validation cycles.
- Manage and complete tasks independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a focus on quality.

Technical Requirements:

- Experience in installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Unix/Windows). Strong background in web application testing.
- Hands-on experience with L2/L3 protocols and configuring networking devices such as routers, firewalls, and NAT.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing Environments.
- Exposure to the Telecom & Datacom domain (IP, Ethernet, VoIP, IPTV).

Preferred Skills:





- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to simplify complex issues for internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in tools for source code management (GIT/CVS) and agile project management. Qualifications:
- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MCS/M.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates from Electronics & Telecom backgrounds.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Soft Skills:

- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
