Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with experience in Python and Robot Framework to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, test framework development, and quality assurance best practices. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Create, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and report defects effectively, ensuring timely resolution.




- Implement and improve automated testing frameworks to optimize test efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Strong expertise in Python programming for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automated testing.
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.).
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST-Assured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
