Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Objects & Relationships Fields Record Types Page Layouts Validation Rules Flows Approval Processes Profiles & Permission Sets Reports & Dashboards Hands-on experience with Postman or equivalent API testing tools. Good understanding of REST/SOAP web services. Strong experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps or equivalent defect management tools. Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
