About Position:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in Playwright automation, business analysis, and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, and ensuring solution quality through comprehensive functional, non-functional, and automated testing. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, testing expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on automation skills to deliver high-quality solutions within compliance-driven environments.

What You'll Do:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business users,



development teams, product owners, and QA stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business objectives.
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and non-functional testing activities.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Create and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and delivery efficiency.
- Perform requirement traceability and ensure complete validation of business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate with business users.
- Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Track testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
- Ensure compliance requirements are validated through thorough testing and quality processes.
- Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and quality dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Business Analysis.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and non-functional testing.




- Strong expertise in Playwright automation framework development and maintenance using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience designing scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management, traceability, and reporting practices.
- Experience coordinating UAT activities and supporting issue analysis and resolution.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Preferred experience within Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Governance-related domains.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and promote testing best practices across projects.
