About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, AI, and LLM technologies to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong backend focus, particularly in Python-based AI/LLM application development, along with hands-on experience in Node.js and frontend technologies such as React.js or Next.js.

The candidate will be responsible for developing AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs, building APIs, implementing RAG pipelines, and developing scalable full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Python, AI & LLM Primary Focus

- Develop production-ready AI/LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Build backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Integrate and work with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other LLM APIs.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document retrieval.
- Develop AI agents, conversational AI systems, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, context management, and structured outputs.
- Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate different AI models for text, image, audio, and other AI-based use cases.
- Develop data-processing pipelines for AI/LLM applications.
- Evaluate LLM responses and improve accuracy, relevance, latency, and cost.
- Implement AI features into scalable SaaS and web applications.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.

Backend Development Node.js

- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with authentication, authorization, API security, and database integrations.
- Integrate Node.js services with Python-based AI/LLM services where required.
- Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.

Frontend Development React.js / Next.js

- Develop modern and responsive web interfaces using React.js or Next.js.
- Build reusable UI components and integrate backend/AI APIs.
- Implement dashboards, AI chat interfaces, data visualizations, and interactive features.
- Optimize frontend performance and user experience.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement approved designs.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM application development.
- Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django.
- Experience working with LLM APIs and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent AI frameworks.
- Good knowledge of Node.js.
- Strong experience with React.js or Next.js.




- Good understanding of REST APIs and database technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Qdrant, or other vector databases.
- Knowledge of AI Agents and tool/function calling.
- Experience with multimodal AI, including text, image, and video models.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 24 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong practical experience in Python + AI/LLM is highly preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience building real-world AI/LLM projects will be given preference.
