Job Title: Python + Agentic AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Python + Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python programming, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG-based applications, and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities -

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Python.
- Build multi-agent systems using CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent models.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using embeddings and vector databases.
- Build REST API integrations, AI automation workflows, and orchestration layers.
- Optimize AI agents for performance, scalability, reliability, and governance.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.





Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LangChain.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI agent design patterns.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, and LLM orchestration.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, and Git.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of AI governance, evaluation, and monitoring.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6–9 years of overall IT experience with strong Python development skills.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI and LLM-based applications.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
