Purchase, Sales, Inventory & Accounts Software Data Entry Operator Company Name: Viradi Fashion LLP Location: Sachin Hoziwala, Surat, Gujarat Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Type: Full-time Viradi Fashion LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage purchase, sales, inventory and accounts-related entries in company software. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software data entry, purchase entries, sales entries, inventory management, billing or accounts-related software work are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities - Enter purchase invoices, purchase bills and purchase-related details into company software.

- Enter sales invoices, sales bills and customer billing details.
- Update and maintain inventory and stock entries in the software.
- Manage purchase, sales, inventory and accounts entries in an organized manner.
- Check stock, invoices, bills and transaction details for accuracy.
- Maintain daily software entries, reports and proper documentation.
- Coordinate purchase, sales and inventory records as required.
- Perform other software data entry tasks related to company operations.

Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in software data entry.





- Practical experience in purchase, sales, inventory, billing or accounts-related entries.
- Experience working with ERP, Tally, accounting, inventory or similar business software preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Good typing speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and manage purchase, sales and inventory processes in software.
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn company software procedures.
