We are looking for a Purchase / Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Source IT products from vendors, OEMs, authorised distributors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices, discounts and payment terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Accounts teams for project requirements.
- Verify delivered materials, invoices and purchase documents.
- Coordinate vendor payment follow-ups with the Accounts team.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in purchase/procurement,



preferably in the IT industry or an IT System Integrator company.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, servers, cybersecurity and related solutions is preferred.
- Good negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
