Job Summary

Manage the sourcing and procurement of goods, materials, and services while balancing cost, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Sourcing: Find, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable suppliers.
2. Negotiation: Lock in the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
3. PO Management: Review internal purchase requests and issue timely Purchase Orders (POs).
4. Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
5. Quality Check: Verify that received goods meet company standards.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-8 years in procurement or supply chain management.
2. Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
3. Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (like SAP or Tally).
