Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for our restaurant operations, ensuring quality products, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock requirements, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, and Finance teams to fulfil procurement needs.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Experience: 58 years in procurement, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; industry. Key Skills: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Cost Control, Inventory Management, and Excel/MIS Reporting.
