Key Responsibilities  Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors.

 Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable terms.

 Create and process purchase orders as per company requirements.

 Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and vendor details.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for procurement needs.

 Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.

 Ensure procurement activities are completed within budget and company guidelines.

 Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term business benefits.

 Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchase documentation. Required Skills

 Bachelor's Degree in any stream.

 Additional certification or knowledge in Procurement/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. Experience

 1-3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement preferred.

 Freshers with strong negotiation and computer skills may also apply. Preferred Competencies

 Ability to work independently and meet procurement deadlines.

 Robust analytical and decision-making skills.Professional approach in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 Knowledge of purchase processes, inventory management, and documentation. Location: Mohali, City Centre 3 Company: STJ Group

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
