Job Title: Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement, vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier coordination across Pharma, FMCG, Organic Products, Agriculture, and Farm Products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source products, raw materials, and agricultural commodities.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams.
- Verify product quality and relevant documentation.
- Maintain vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.




- 2–5 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or sourcing.
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Food Products, Organic Products, Agriculture, or related industries.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, and purchase documentation.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in organic products, agricultural commodities, food ingredients, FMCG, or pharmaceutical procurement.
