- Responsible for vendor follow-up to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Source and develop new vendors for raw materials and packaging materials while maintaining solid vendor relationships.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per procurement requirements.
- Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports in Excel/ERP.
