Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and Procurement Management
- Vendor Management
- Procurement for Academic and Campus Requirements
- Budget and Cost Control
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Coordinate with the Store/In-charge for receipt, inspection, and issuance of purchased
- materials.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain complete procurement records, including requisitions, quotations, comparative statements, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Delivery, Inspection and Payment Coordination
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 3–5 years in Purchase operations, preferably in an educational institution.
