Key Responsibilities
- Vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and quotation comparison.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase entries, GRN, and records in TallyPrime.
- Payment follow-up with dealers and distributors and coordinate for timely collections.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, and payment follow-up data in Excel.
Required Skills
- Mandatory knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally ERP.
- Experience in purchase and vendor management.
- Robust payment follow-up and communication skills.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and Excel skills.
