Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, material availability, and cost-effective sourcing. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation, communication, follow-up, and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and vendors.

- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure materials are received within the required timeline.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, Sales, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support timely replenishment of materials.
- Resolve issues related to quality,



quantity, delivery, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare purchase-related reports and maintain accurate procurement data.

Required Skills • Vendor management and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel / ERP software • Ability to compare quotations and analyze commercial terms • Valuable coordination and problem-solving abilities • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Qualification • Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement will be an advantage.
