Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, engineering components, industrial equipment and consumables.

- Source and identify suitable vendors and suppliers for FRP/GRP manufacturing requirements.

- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality and payment terms.

- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely material availability.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Design departments for material requirements.

- Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, quotations and procurement documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and support cost-saving initiatives.

- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing and delivery.





- Ensure materials meet the required technical specifications.

Required Skills

- Experience in purchase and procurement within a manufacturing or engineering company.

- Knowledge of mechanical components, industrial raw materials and vendor management.

- Solid negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
