:

- Oversee and execute structural construction activities related to pump houses, buildings, bridges, and similar infrastructure .
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) accurately to support reinforcement work.
- Calculate and verify material quantities and requirements to ensure timely availability at site.
- Coordinate with design and planning teams to review drawings, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise on-site construction teams to maintain quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines .
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards .
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate updates to project management.

Experience:





- Proven experience in structural construction , specifically in pump houses, buildings, bridges, or similar civil structures.
- Solid knowledge of BBS preparation and quantity surveying.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

Skills:

- Ability to read civil drawings (mandatory) and determine ways to execute work with lowest cost.
- Ability to handle contractor labour for timely work completion.
