Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised care in a supportive workplace, with a focus on patient dignity, confidentiality and family involvement.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer to manage public relations, support marketing activities and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and referral partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, with a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, referral partners and community organisations.
- Handle patient and family enquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Plan and coordinate outreach programmes, mental health awareness campaigns and promotional events.
- Support marketing activities to increase awareness of Mindport Carevilla’s services.
- Coordinate media communication and prepare promotional and communication materials.




- Work with the marketing team on social media content and digital campaigns.
- Address patient feedback and concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain records of enquiries, referral contacts and outreach activities.
- Prepare regular activity reports for management.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate, respectful communication.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing.
- 4–6 years or more of experience in public relations, marketing or patient relations.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English, both spoken and written.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Empathy and discretion when interacting with patients and families.
- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
