Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Psychology Faculty member to join our academic team.

The faculty member will be responsible for teaching Psychology courses, mentoring students, contributing to academic activities, and supporting research and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Psychology.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach subjects such as General Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Research Methods, Psychological Testing, and other relevant areas.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
- Mentor and provide academic guidance to students.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, and academic records.




- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Conduct and publish research in relevant areas of Psychology.
- Guide students in research projects and dissertations.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to departmental committees and institutional initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic and research activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Masters degree in Psychology or a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in Psychology.
- UGC-NET/SLET qualification, as applicable.
- Relevant teaching and/or research experience in an academic institution.
