Roles and Responsibilities

Proposals/Tendering &

- Bidding/BD Support

- Strong expertise in Proposal &
- Tendering management for Power Transmission &
- Distribution lines/Substation. International exposure will be preferred.

- Tender Identification &

- Analysis.

- Review tender documents, bid conditions, and any financial requirements to assess technical and commercial feasibility.

- Undertaking a Bid/No Bid exercise to decide whether to make a submission or not.

- Ensure all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate.

- Techno Commercial Bid Preparation, Cost Estimation &

- BOQ Preparation of Tenders in T &
- D and Substation.

- Able to handle entire solar tenders independently starting for Tender Identification to Submission.

- Sourcing &

- Vendor/OEM Management.

- Client relationship management and strategic sales support for Recent Enquiry/Tender Submission.

- Manage Cash flow, Gap analysis own the responsibility for entire process from PQ to owning the project.

- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, contract conditions, and international standards.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, procurement, Logistics and legal teams for accurate and timely bid submissions.

Costing &

- Technical Inputs

- Carry out costing, estimation, and BOQ analysis for Power (T&
- D/Substation) projects.

- Validate vendor quotations and technical specifications to ensure cost optimization and technical compliance.

- Support preparation of commercial proposals in coordination with finance and management teams.

Stakeholder Coordination &

- Submission

- Liaise with consultants, clients, and partners for clarifications and pre-bid meetings.

- Manage bid submission timelines, approvals, and documentation control.

- Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

- Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.

- Strong communication skills. Exposure to international clients and consultants will be an added advantage.
