About the Role

We are looking for a Property Relations Executive to build and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, and business partners. The role involves understanding property requirements, coordinating with owners, collecting property details, onboarding suitable properties, and maintaining regular communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with property owners, builders, and potential business partners.
- Understand property availability, pricing, location, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate with owners to onboard residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and partners.
- Follow up regularly to confirm property availability and updated details.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding property requirements and availability.




- Arrange property visits and meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate property records and partner information.
- Support business development by identifying new properties and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally with property owners and business partners.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Experience in real estate, property management, sales, or client coordination is an advantage.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for local travel and property visits.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant real estate knowledge, skills, and experience.

Salary and Incentives The salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience, real estate knowledge, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary.
